Free Initial Assessment Submissions
The free initial assessment is a complimentary review of the insurer’s building estimate and available claim documents to evaluate whether the Building Consulting Division can assist.
Submission of the intake form does not create a consulting engagement, a contract, or any obligation on the part of Constructco or the submitter.
Constructco contacts the submitter after the initial assessment to explain whether the matter is suitable, the recommended consulting scope and the next step.
The submitter is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents provided.
Beginning a Consulting Engagement
When the matter is suitable, Constructco provides the proposed consulting scope, fee and engagement requirements before the paid service begins.
A consulting engagement begins only upon mutual agreement and acceptance of the proposed scope, fee and engagement terms.
No consulting services are performed until the engagement is agreed upon, except for the free initial assessment described above.
Building Consulting Services
Constructco’s Building Consulting Division provides building-loss consulting services, including document review, on-site building assessment, detailed measurements, quantity takeoffs, field documentation, line-by-line estimate review and rewriting, complete reconstruction scoping, rebuild valuation, comparison and identification of material differences, technical documentation and substantiation, and direct technical communication and follow-through.
The services are provided within the agreed scope and engagement terms. Constructco does not provide legal advice, insurance adjusting services, or construction contracting services through this division.
External Services and Links
Claim documents are submitted through the approved external document-transfer service identified in the submission process. This website may contain links to external services and websites that are not operated by Constructco.
Constructco is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of external services and websites. The use of external services is at the user’s own risk.
Document submissions are processed directly through the secure assessment form on this website.
