Information We Collect

Constructco collects the information submitted through the Free Initial Assessment form, including full name, company or organization, email address, phone number, preferred language, property type, property address, relationship to the property, whether an insurer’s building estimate has been received, and any message or additional information provided.

The form also allows submitters to upload supporting documents, which may include the insurer’s building estimate, policy documents, photographs, videos, reports, correspondence, contractor materials, and other documents relevant to the assessment.

How We Use Submitted Information

Constructco uses the submitted information and documents to review free initial assessment requests, communicate with the submitter, and evaluate whether the Building Consulting Division can assist with the matter.

Submitted information and documents may be used to perform the consulting services agreed upon, including document review, on-site assessment, measurements, estimate analysis, reconstruction scoping, valuation, technical documentation, and direct technical communication.

Document Submission and Google Drive Storage

Supporting documents are uploaded directly through the Free Initial Assessment form on this website.

After submission, uploaded documents are securely transferred to the designated Constructco Google Drive storage and organized under the relevant submission using a unique reference number. This allows documents associated with each client or property to remain grouped and clearly separated.

Uploaded documents are not intended to remain permanently stored on the website hosting account after they have been transferred to the designated Google Drive storage.

Website Forms, Email Delivery and Analytics

The website form collects the information required to process a Free Initial Assessment request and generates a unique submission reference for each submission.

Website emails are sent from a Constructco-controlled domain address. SMTP, SPF and DKIM are configured and verified.

Google Analytics is installed under a Constructco-controlled account. Completed intake-form submissions may be tracked as the principal conversion, along with relevant interactions such as header CTA, telephone and form-related actions.

Names, addresses, claim numbers, uploaded documents, and other personal form values are not intentionally included in analytics events, URLs, or reports.

Who May Access the Information

Access to submitted information and documents is restricted to authorized Constructco personnel directly involved in reviewing and performing the consulting services.

The insurer and its consultants may receive relevant technical documentation and explanations as part of the agreed service, at the direction of the property owner or authorized representative.

Storage and Retention

Submitted form information is stored within the Constructco-controlled website environment as required to process and manage the submission.

Uploaded supporting documents are transferred to and stored within the designated Constructco Google Drive storage.

Information and documents are retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the request and the agreed consulting engagement, and in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.

Security Measures

SSL is activated and secure HTTPS is enforced on the website.

CAPTCHA or equivalent verification is enabled on the Free Initial Assessment form.

Automatic updates are enabled for the website platform, theme, and plugins.

Scheduled off-site backups are configured and the restore process is verified.

Unused themes, plugins, and test accounts are removed before launch.

Access, Correction and Privacy Requests

You may request access to the personal information Constructco holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or submit a privacy-related request.
